Michael Talerico, MBA

Mr. Talerico brings more than 25 years of experience providing strategic consulting services to hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. He possesses extensive expertise in designing and implementing Strategic Cost Management Programs that deliver measurable financial improvements while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes and operational performance. His work has supported healthcare organizations ranging from community hospitals to large academic medical centers in achieving sustainable operational and workforce efficiencies.

Prior to founding Envigorate, Mr. Talerico served as General Manager at Stanley Healthcare Solutions, where he oversaw consulting divisions specializing in strategic cost management, EMR implementation and optimization, and e-learning initiatives. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President at Delta Health Systems, leading consulting operations, developing productivity reporting, marketing strategy, and consultant recruitment initiatives.

Throughout his consulting career, Mr. Talerico has led improvement initiatives in more than 100 healthcare institutions nationwide. In addition to his operational expertise, he has conducted numerous leadership training workshops for supervisors, directors, and executive teams, and has been a featured speaker at industry conferences focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership, and healthcare productivity improvement.
